Les Mills Body Attack

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories* and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

Les Mills Body Balance

Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Body Balance is a controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music creating a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Les Mills Body Pump

The original LES MILLS barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast!

Les Mills CXWORX

All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but more than achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout our trained instructor will guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches and hovers.

Les Mills TONE

If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it. Step into a LES MILLS TONE class and you'll tick off a complete workout in 45 minutes. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. Also a great foundational class, LES MILLS TONE has a wide variety of options accommodating all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling successful.

Les Mills RPM

RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It's fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session! With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

Les Mills SPRINT

Is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort.

Body Conditioning

This class is for people of all fitness levels and abilities. It is a challenging workout designed to improve cardio vascular fitness and body shape by using a variety of equipment.

Boxercise HIIT

One of the most effective forms of cross-training available today. It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic systems along with enhancing sports specific senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. Boxercise HIIT classes are always fun, energetic and addictive.

Circuits & Abs

This class involves a mixture of weighted and body weight exercises. A workout for everyone with effective exercises to help tone and strengthen all muscles targeting the core/abdominal muscles in particular.


This 30 minute HIIT class is designed using a combination of body weight and cardio exercises. These exercises are carried out at high intensity with short intervals to push your body and fitness to the next level. Exhilarating for all fitness levels giving an incredible workout.

Kettlebell Fitness

Swing, squat and lunge your way to a fitter you! Kettlebell Fitness* improves core strength and fitness, increases endurance, flexibility and mobility all while toning and reducing body fat. It's a great all-rounder.

Created by a former Royal Marine Commando, Metafit combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques to set your metabolism on fire!


It is a safe, sensible exercise system that will help you look and feel your very best. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Pilates also improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain.

Power Pramming

Not only is Power Pramming a fantastic all-over-body workout, it has the added benefit of being outdoors so you get the benefit of fresh air while getting your workout in. And you take your little one/s along for this class so you don't need to worry about childcare.

The class meets at Reception then heads out to the streets of Inverurie, stopping in various locations throughout your journey to perform a series of exercises designed to help you regain your fitness and/or shape post-natally.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels.


This 60 minute high intensity class will give you huge cardiovascular and weight loss benefits. Working at your maximum for short bursts with short periods of rest, you could burn between 500-600 calories a class.


Delivers a fast, effective total-body workout. Helps build a rock-solid core. It will increase muscular endurance and benefits people of all fitness levels by utilising your own bodyweight.


Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental well being. The main components of yoga are postures and breathing. most studies suggest yoga is a safe and effective way to increase physical activity, especially strength, flexibility and balance.

There's some evidence that regular yoga practice is beneficial for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains – including lower back pain, depression and stress.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp is our outdoor fitness class that runs from April - September each year. This class has all the aspects of fun outdoor training and is great for you and friends to socialise whilst getting the exercise you desire.

KettleXpress is a 30 minute class training with lower weight Kettlebells and lower impact exercises. This class will teach you the fundamentals and skills needed for training with Kettlebells. This class will allow you access to our Kettlebell Fitness classes on Tuesdays & Thursdays after a period.
