GARIOCH SPORTS CENTRE – SCIO 047470
- You have the option to become a voting member of Garioch Sports Centre . Membership is open to those aged 16 and over who reside in the Garioch area. People who do not reside in the Garioch area cannot be members. If you wish to become a member all you need to do is consent to this and your application will be considered at the next board meeting. No fee is payable in respect of membership (this is separate to the fees payable for using the facility) You have the right to attend and vote at the AGMs where the Trustees will be elected and any major decisions taken. Members also have a general obligation under the Charities and Trustees Act (Scotland) 2005 to act in good faith and in the best interests of the charity. Your membership is subject to the terms of the Constitution of Garioch Sports Centre Holdings which is available to view on our website.
