Once you’ve had your consultation, you can enjoy one-to-one sessions with one of our trainers to ensure maximum progression.



If you would like an informed show around our Gym then one of our team will work with you to demonstrate on our equipment and show you everything you need to know before you get started.


Before booking a personal training session, you’ll need to come along for a consultation. This will allow your trainer to get to know you and your goals. All sessions and programmes will be designed in collaboration with you to help you to achieve your goals.

Buddy Sessions

Research shows that you’re more likely to stay motivated if you have a ‘gym buddy’. So why not grab a friend and book a buddy session?

Designed for two people and available in 30 minute and 60 minute sessions, our trainers will design these sessions to suit you both.

6-week Programme

Our Trainers can design specific training programmes for you to follow, whether it’s to increase your gym knowledge or to help you reach your goals, your programme will be tailored to you.

After six weeks, your programme can be adapted to suit your changing needs.

30 Minute Session

Are you short of time? Our trainers will design this session to make sure that you get the most out of the 30 minutes.

60 Minute Session

During these session our Trainers will work a session around your needs to fit this timescale ensuring the most effective workout for you.
