Once you’ve had your FREE consultation, you can enjoy one-to-one sessions with one of our trainers to ensure you achieve the goals and targets you want.


30 Minute Session

Are you short of time? Our trainers will design this session to make sure that you get the most out of the 30 minutes.

60 Minute Session

During these session our trainers will work a session around your needs to fit this timescale ensuring the most effective workout for you.


If you would like an informed show around our Gym then one of our team will work with you to demonstrate on our equipment and show you everything you need to know before you get started.


Before booking a personal training session, you’ll need to come along for a FREE consultation. This will allow your trainer to get to know you and your goals. All sessions and programmes will be designed in collaboration with you to help you to achieve your goals.

Buddy Sessions

Research shows that you’re more likely to stay motivated if you have a ‘gym buddy’. So why not grab a friend and book a buddy session?

Designed for two people and available in 30 minute and 60 minute sessions, our trainers will design these sessions to suit you both.

6-week Programme

Our Trainers can design specific training programmes for you to follow, whether it’s to increase your gym knowledge or to help you reach your goals, your programme will be tailored to you.

After six weeks, your programme can be adapted to suit your changing needs.

Online Coaching

Take back control with monthly online coaching. If you're struggling to find a routine, manage your diet and keep on top of your fitness - whether that’s training at GSC or working out from home - then online coaching could be for you.

IYSF Strength & Conditioning Zone

Garioch Sports Centre (GSC) have extended and developed their existing community gym provision. GSC have added a new dynamic community space to its facility that will link directly to performance athlete development and sports club development both mainstream and parasport. Alongside this an improved service/facility for the public bringing improved knowledge, performance, and health benefits to all. The Garioch Sports Strength & Conditioning Space introduces a new purpose-built training space specifically design to be used in a multitude of ways. This spaces functionality includes use as a normal Gym area for day-to-day GSC members but primarily used in supporting athlete’s strength and conditioning training in addition to their sports specific training. The space is used as an educational facility for 1-2-1 or group training, it is a safe and flexible area currently housing the Aberdeenshire Athlete Development Programme (ADP) session.

The space will be available for clubs and sports groups to hire for strength and conditioning or training sessions, these sessions can be led by GSC qualified coaches or club qualified instructors. Outside of these functions it can be used as a studio by clubs/groups for recovery sessions, club meetings, CPD sessions, coach development as well as group exercise classes. Over the first year of this new space we will work with IYSF to offer Garioch Sports Clubs subsidised use of the strength and conditioning space to allow them to develop the relationship with GSC and realise the benefits S&C can bring to their athletes in the hope they will continue to use this new space longer term.
