GSC Seniors

Garioch Sports Centre Seniors classes are for all fitness, skill and ability levels. Come along make friends, get active and have fun at any of our group sessions.

All classes are led by our enthusiastic volunteers or qualified instructors. Classes can be booked through the website, reception and our booking APP.

Our Classes

GSC Walking For Wellness

Our Walking For Wellness group meet every Friday morning and go for a walk around Inverurie. Each walk is around 45mins to and hour with routes differing every week. No matter the weather we will be Walking For Wellness and we always meet for a coffee and a biscuit after here at the Garioch Sports Centre. New walkers always welcome.

*Occasional trips to other walks across Aberdeenshire also take place.

GSC Walking Football

Walking football classes are open to male and females and can reignite your competitive edge. Sessions last for an hour and are mostly focused on match play situation between 2 teams. You can also stay after your session for a tea & coffee and catch up with your teammates.

GSC Walking Netball

Walking Netball classes are open to male and females and can reignite your competitive edge. Sessions last for an hour and are mostly focused on match play situation between 2 teams. You can also stay after your session for a tea & coffee and catch up with your teammates.

GSC Seniors Table Tennis

Seniors Table Tennis Sessions are pay as you go drop in session. A fun session with players of all abilities. All equipment is provided by Garioch Sports and all are welcome to come along and play.

GSC Gentle Exercise

Our Gentle Exercise Classes are all slightly different, always offering you the exercise you crave whilst having fun and socialising with your friends. All abilities and ages welcome, why not come and give it a go?

GSC Seniors Dance

Our Seniors Dance Class provides our participants with gentle cardio, mobilisation and coordination exercises to challenge not only the body but the mind. The class pulls on techniques from ballet, contemporary and Jazz.
