CAR PARK EXTENSION COMPLETE
We are delighted to confirm that works have now been completed on our community facility car park extension. As you will be aware we have had parking challenges at the sports centre for years however these have increased recently. Despite agreeing offsite parking with other local businesses, education facilities and asking users to use alternative transport means the issue has not improved and is causing issues in the local community. To alleviate these issues and the concerns of the local community we therefore decided to implement an approved car park extension to our existing car park.
As a Not for Profit Charity GSC would find it very challenging to fund these works without a detrimental impact on the services and facilities we currently provide. We are therefore incredibly grateful to local developers Malcolm Allan Housebuilders who have delivered these works for the town and our sports facilities at no cost as a gesture of goodwill in giving back to their local community. This sort of generosity is incredibly rare these days and we are indebted to Bruce, Malcolm and the team for choosing to support GSC with this much needed extension with the highest standard of workmanship delivered.
