JUDO TOTS 3-4 Years Trial Sessions
Judo Tots is a FUN and exciting activity which the child can engage in structured sessions that can improve their confidence, physical fitness and social skills with an experienced British Judo coach.
- Learning the basic movement skills of judo through play.
- Building confidence.
- Developing balance and co-ordination.
- Interacting socially and learn to co-operate with other children.
Developing focus and concentration. We are delighted in partnership with Garioch Judo Club to be offering FREE trial sessions for children aged 3-4 years on Wednesday 12th July & 16th August 2023!
10.00-10.30 or 10.30 - 11.00
