We’re excited to announce that we are recruiting for a new member of our Senior Management Team at Garioch Sports Centre.
We are now welcoming applications for the following position:
RECEPTION MANAGER
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused individual to lead our Reception Team and play an important role in the day-to-day operation and continued development of Garioch Sports Centre.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our Reception Team.
- Lead, motivate and support the Reception Team while driving sales and membership opportunities.
- Work closely with the Senior Management Team to support the overall operation of the business.
- Ensure consistently high standards of customer care, customer experience and service are delivered.
- Ensure the Reception Team are organised, motivated and clear in their service delivery and sales targets.
- Continually identify and implement opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Support business administration and operational processes as required within the role.
- Contracted hours: Full-time, including evening and weekend work.
PERSONAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an enthusiastic, friendly and outgoing personality.
- Has a genuine passion for customer service and working with the public.
- Is skilled and competent in using IT and software packages.
- Has an interest in sport, health and fitness.
- Is confident and capable of leading and developing a team, helping others to build their skills and deliver excellent service.
- Works effectively as part of a team while also being able to use their own initiative.
- Is highly organised, proactive and motivated.
- Is a strong communicator and positive role model to others.
